Family Place Drop In Centre
Free, welcoming and multicultural program open to families with children age 0 to 6 years old. This drop-in program includes circle time, lunch, outings and a variety of fun activities. This is also a safe space for parents to connect, learn and feel supported in raising their children. Check out this month’s Family Place March 2020.

Circle of Security
An 8 week parenting program designed to support parents to build healthy and secure relationship with their children.
Through videos, presentations and discussions, we will
-Better understand the needs and behavior of our children, as well as how to support their physical and emotional development
-Find ways to enhance children’s confidence in themselves and their ability to handle emotions
-Reflect on our own reactions as parents

Parent Support Circles (Spanish/Español)
Free, welcoming, self-help and peer support group offered to Spanish speaking parents, grandparents and other caregivers. The circle provides participants with a supportive network, promotes self-advocacy, empowers and boosts self-esteem and helps create a healthier living environment for all families.
