Family Place Drop In Centre


Free, welcoming and multicultural program open to families with children age 0 to 6 years old. This program includes circle time, lunch, outings and a variety of fun activities. This is also a safe space for parents to connect, learn and feel supported in raising their children.

Circle of Security


An 8 week parenting program designed to support parents to build healthy and secure relationship with their children.

Through videos, presentations and discussions, we will

– Better understand the needs and behavior of our children, as well as how to support their physical and emotional development
– Find ways to enhance children’s confidence in themselves and their ability to handle emotions
– Reflect on our own reactions as parents

Domestic Violence Prevention Program


This program offers support to both women and men impacted by violence.  The program provides information, advocacy and referral, help with understanding the legal system and the child protection law, various workshops and emotional support.

Free, welcoming, self-help and peer support group offered to Spanish speaking parents, grandparents and other caregivers. The circle provides participants with a supportive network, promotes self-advocacy, empowers and boosts self-esteem and helps create a healthier living environment for all families.

The Migration Of Objects


Join us for a warm, inclusive, and healing workshop where women come together to explore migration, memory, identity, and belonging through meaningful objects.

Through guided narrative, conversation, storytelling, and photography, you’ll create a personal “object portrait” that honours your journey — in your own voice and in community with other women.

MenTOR Program


MenTOR (Men Transforming Our Relationships) is a peer support group for men who want to build a healthier, stronger relationships.

Through conversation, guided learning and practical exercise, participants will learn new coping strategies and skills, be encouraged to make the changes that they feel are important and grow their awareness of the issues facing themselves and their partners.

If you want to make a positive chance and create safe and supportive home, this peer group can help.

A co-created Mastermind to honor the past and share a new inner future.

Join us for a safe space center on meaning-making, emotional regulation, and conscious reinvention. Through co-created dialogue, breathwork, gentle somatic practices, and nervous system–supportive tools, participants learn to honor the past without remaining tied to it.

Regulation & Reconnection is a transformational Mastermind designed for women who have lived through adversity, trauma, loss, or difficult experiences and are now ready to reshape their inner world.
