For 20 years, Breakfast Club of Canada has been nourishing children’s potential by making sure as many of them as possible have access to a healthy morning meal before school, in an environment that allows their self-esteem to grow and flourish. The Club’s mission is to nurture potential and grow healthy students, giving an equal chance of success to all kids, one breakfast at a time! Kiwassa is proud to be part of the Club!

Families are welcome to bring their children before school to enjoy breakfast together. We also provide child minding, so parents may drop their children off for breakfast club.

Breakfast Club

For Tillicum students and staff, their caregivers and children in the neighbourhood

We provide child-minding to Tillicum students from 8am-8:45am and then walk them over to the school. All other children must be accompanied by a legal guardian. Parents and caregivers are welcome to attend and eat breakfast and are encouraged to support the success of this program by volunteering in the kitchen or childminding if their schedule permits.
