March is National Nutrition Month so on Tuesday, March 12 from 12:00 to 2 pm, the Greater Vancouver Food Bank has teamed up with dietitians from Vancouver Coastal Health who will be leading a workshop on how food can prevent chronic diseases.
There will also be a cooking component in the kitchen and all participants will get fresh produce bags to take home.
Childcare and bus tickets available as well as Cantonese translation.
