Celebrating Neighbourhood Love Letters: A Little Gallery Show

Friday, February 9, 2018

Got a crush on our neighbourhood?  Come and share us the love.

A little music.  A little food. A little lettering. And yes – even a little love.

It’s what happens when Love Letter Scrapbooks get dropped in mailboxes and shared spaces in Hastings-Sunrise and Grandview-Woodlands! You show your love. We set it free. On sidewalks, street corners, and at Kiwassa Neighbourhood House.

Neighbourhood Love Letters has been an arts-based project to invite people in Hastings-Sunrise and Grandview-Woodlands to share what we love about our connections to community.  With support from City of Vancouver’s Community Arts Program and Vancouver Foundation,  Kiwassa Neighbourhood House worked with Corrina Keeling and a crew of young people to explore the heart of community.
Come see what (and who) we found.

Join us for a free, fun and ‘hood-lovin’ reception to open a pre-Valentines gallery of art and activities to see, make and celebrate love letters by, for and with our neighbours.
