Kiwassa operates two non-profit family housing complexes, providing 56 units of subsidized and market rental housing for our community, in partnership with BC Housing and the City of Vancouver. We also provide foster suites to local foster families, through partnership with VACFSS.

As of September 1, 2016 our waitlist is currently full and we are no longer taking applications. If you applied to and are currently on the waitlist, we recommend you contact us every six months to let us know you are still interested and to keep your information up to date.

Cooperative Housing Federation of Canada www.chfc.ca Housing co-ops provide affordable and secure housing. There are over 60 housing cooperatives in East Vancouver alone. Many are accepting applications and some can offer subsidy to eligible applicants.
